SCIS Sunset Dinner Cruise

This year we donated a Sunset Dinner Cruise to the Stanwood Camano Incident Support raffle at the annual golf tournament. This year's winner was Scott Peterson. He and his wife, Nikki, and their beautiful daughters, Emily and Allie, joined us for three hours on Puget Sound.

We had a wonderful time getting to know each other and discovered we are neighbors on Lake Goodwin! They own a cabin at the south end of the lake and are there most of the summer. We have watched them do their belly flop contests, watched the dock collapse when their friends overloaded it, and they knew our house had a diner in the basement! We had so much fun visiting with them and discovered we know some of the same people since they both grew up in Arlington. On our trip back to Everett we were greeted with a beautiful sunset and made plans to say hello occasionally on the lake!
